"I ordered 2 demos and one of the 2 racquets the one that held my interest was not strung properly. I had no choice but to try that way. I couldn’t get a good feel for the racquet, because of the vibration every time I hit the ball. I understand demos aren’t brand new. What surprised me was that it wasn’t strung properly. For such a large company I was very surprised that happened. What ever happened to quality control. I ordered the racquet anyways with upgrades. I hope they string it right. Even demos should be sent to consumers in good shape. Very unhappy that occurred."
