"Bought an item that in the basket says ships "Next business day" . But when I actually placed the order, in the confirmation email shows the item was out of stock and the delivery date is two months from now!
I found this very bad ecommerce practice and kinda deception. Did not reply back to my email after two days, and had to call to cancel the order. "
"Great store - I can't see why they don't have more reviews. The have customer service who go out of their way to answer e-mails AND THE PHONE. My total purchase was < 15 bucks, but I got plenty of their time when I asked about the item I wanted and I got someone in their finance department on the phone when Paypal screwed up the original transaction. The lady from finance on the phone could not have been nicer. $5 shipping and the item was on my front doorstep in 2 days. As for the item (a monitor cover) it feels very high quality.

"I normally don't write reviews unless the seller and/or store really stands out. This is one of those stores. From the site layout to checking out and paying for items, RadTech is one of the best sites I've seen. Everything is intuitive an straightforward. Support is easily available, and my questions were answered very quickly and accurately. I should also mention that, not only do they have many hard-to-find and unique items, they are also very reasonably priced. Shipping was another highlight, since my order came in 2 business days after ordering.
Lastly, the main reason I felt compelled to write a review of RadTech.us was their exceptional customer service and support. I had ordered a bt500 mouse (great mouse btw) and a few days after using it I accidentally cracked the battery cover. I immediately emailed RadTech.us to see what could be done, thinking I would have to pay for at least the shipping cost for the replacement part. I was greeted with a very friendly email within 15 minutes explaining that they would ship a replacement cover for free right away! I spoke further with a support tech and he detailed everything about the replacement and courteously answered all of my additional questions. I couldnt be happier with their store.
I will definitely be shopping there for years to come.
