He recognized that the cable provided with the Radio was not working, and immediately arranged for replacement cables for not just the one, but both of the radios I had purchased. "I received my X6100 and discovered an issue with the charging system. I went through the online notification process. It initially went to the technical department where the issue was verified. Then Lucas took over. He immediately sent me a return label with detailed instructions. Once I dropped it off at the shipper, he shipped me the replacement.
