"I purchased a TYT MD-9600 from Radioddity which failed to transmit on the correct frequencies, regardless of the procedures to correct it, as given to me by Customer Staff.
Radioddity to their credit airfreighted a replacement Radio which works as it should :-)
It has been a very pleasing experience dealing with the Staff, especially Vevina and David Little from Radioddity Customer Service.
I highly recommend this Company and their staff.

"I'm satisfied with the radio. It was initially a request from my small boys (3 and 5yo) but I wanted not to get children toys and looked for better material that can be used without any licence. Reading Amazon comments I found G2-SA to be the best value for the price and I must say I'm convinced it is. The voice is very clear. I still have to test the range but it's already perfect at home.
The only bad point is that my youngest boy is not able to keep the button pressed while talking. I then enabled VOX mode but it's not sensible enough by default so I can only hear the end of his sentences. He is thus not able to use the radio and that's why I would like to fix this using the programming cable.
Accessories are also a nice addition to the radio package. The headset cannot be used by my children due to their small ears but their mum and I can use it for convenience when they wanna play. It would have been perfect if we would also got charging stations instead of simple USB cables but I would say that it's too much to ask for the good price.
So basically I would recommend and buy Raddiodity material again."

"I have studied many other products and decided to go on with Radioddity. The product was in great shape and functioning more than expected.
Had an very minor issue which is not actually an issue to mention, one of the belt clip was little loose and I mailed the customer care about the same. To my surprise I received a reply and resolution in no time. Also one named vevina was very courteous and cared to reply each of emails .I would give full star for the customer service.
