"I order my GD-77 on Thursday, 12/12/19 with free shipping. When I received the acknowledgment that said 15 to 25 days. We are snow birds and will be back at our Florida home by then. So I email Radioddity to change my shipping address to my Florida address on Thursday night. Friday morning I received an email that stated since I was a new customer they would ship it Express Shipping for free, 3 to 5 days. To my surprise I received a DHL email stating that the shipment had been made on Saturday (Sunday China time) and I would receive it on Tuesday 12/17/19. I was again surprised when it actually showed up on my door step in Ohio on Monday 12/16/19 at about 3 PM. This was amazing shipping from China to Ohio. I am a very satisfied customer!"

"I have bought two Xiegu radios from Radioddity. The first was an X5105. The second was a G90. Both arrived with three days of ordering. Radioddity provided me with up-to-date tracking information for both shipments.
I encountered problems in the process of trying to update the firmware on the X5105. When I told the folks at Radioddity about my difficulties, they immediately prepared an RMA and return label. In the end I was able to fix the problem and now have a first-rate field radio. I deeply appreciated Vevina's quick response and help.
The G90 was another story, but the results were the same. I discovered a defect in the radio when I first unpacked it. I continued to use the radio to give it a thorough run-through before deciding to return it. Vevina at Radioddity was immediate in her response and I waited for the Xiegu crew to get back to me. In the meantime I took the initiative to try and fix the problem myself. In that I was successful. When I informed Radioddity of my success, we both agreed that, once again, I had a keeper radio.
In all my communications with Vevina and the Radioddity crew, I have always been treated with respect and kindness. They have kept me informed of updates & changes and have passed my suggestions on to the Xiegu crew.
While I am not quite sanguine about Xiegu's quality control, I am very, very happy with the service & help that I have received from the Radioddity crew. I will certainly continue to consider them for any further radio purchases."

The radio works very well good signal and audio reports. The antenna was good with SWR within specifications. I have also purchased other items from Radiooddity."
"The QB25 was easy to program with the included cable and the software downloaded from their site. I am using it as a base station, powered from a 12V battery that I charge with solar panels and/or A/C."
"The radios were bought for short distance communications while traveling in a caravan and they work very well. The audio is better than many handi-talkies that cost much more. The radios are easily programmed to include the Family Radio Service (FRS), General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS), and 70 cm amateur radio service frequencies. Be aware, though, that these frequencies may or may not be programmed initially in your radio(s) so be sure to get the programming cable (and download a free program called CHIRP) to put the legal frequencies into the radio memories. I was surprised to find that our radios were programmed for frequencies that are not legal to use in the USA. This is, as I stated, easy to fix. As a licensed amateur radio operator, I successfully programmed several of the local repeaters into the rigs and they work great. One other thing to be aware of: there are two power levels for each memory, Low/High. High is 2 watts. For the FRS frequencies, be sure to set those memories to Low or you will be operating illegally in the USA. I sure hope I get my free programming cable as I borrowed the one I used! Thank you. "
"I ordered a Xiegu G-90 transceiver from Radioddity. Although it was shipped from China, it arrived in four business days. There was a defect in the unit I received: even slight sideways pressure on the mic cord triggered the transmit function. I notified Radioddity and Vevina immediately offered a replacement unit and sent a prepaid shipping label to return the defective unit. The replacement unit also arrived in four days, and is working fine. I decided to order this radio from Radioddity because of the reputation for excellent customer service, and I have not been disappointed."
