"I order 2 nutone fan parts, I was told they were out of stock and would receive them in 3 weeks. I never received them and rager & sons refused to give me a refund. I have notified the office of the attorney general for the state of Illinois, the consumer fraud division. The Better Business Bureau also gives them a F rating. I would greatly advise against ordering from them."

Fortunately, my order was not a large one totaling just under $16 which included S&H. Still, money is money. "

"Like previous review, I ordered and was charged for a fan motor on Feb 28th 2010. After 3 weeks I contacted via email to check status. My email went unanswered. When I called, the mailbox was full and I was disconnected. After a 2nd terse email I received an email from Donna saying the part was due in April 7th and should be to me within 7 more days. On the 19th I emailed again stating I had not received the part and asking for an update. No answer. On the 21st I sent a second request. No answer. I finally contacted my credit card company today and had the charges reversed after 7-1/2 weeks. Worse experience to date with any company on the web."

Dear Sirs,
Ragner and Sons an “Authorized Nutone Parts and Repair Company, and an Authorize.net site” is defrauding their online customers.
I ordered a fan motor and my credit card was immediately charged on Feb 3. By Feb. 18, I had not received the order or any shipping information so I emailed the company and was told that the motor was not in stock and were expected “any time now”. I waited 5 weeks (March 13) to cancel my order and asked for a refund. On March 26, I finally got my order canceled after 4 emails and a phone call to the company, but now I am trying to get the $55.98 back. I have sent many emails to Rager and have had no response. That was almost 4 weeks ago.

Rager & Sons will not respond to emails, return phone calls or issue a refund. 3-1/2 months later, no fan and no refund. "
