"This has been a pretty good experience so far. I received the link to do this survey before my product has even shipped, so I can only rate the ordering experience and the customer service. Ordering was very easy and prices were great. Customer service calls after you place your order to confirm everything and the person who called me was very friendly, although he tried to sell me a bunch of stuff, which I really don't like. One of the reasons I shop online is so that I don't have to deal with salesmen pressuring me. So it totally defeated the purpose of shopping online in that aspect. The only complaint I have with the merchant is that they have to call to confirm the order. When I called back, I was transferred multiple times for about 10 min before I was helped. However, the rep did make it up by upgrading the delivery option."
