Worse, the way they went about it was so underhanded---never said a word about us paying, arranged the shipping, then hoped we wouldn't notice that, in small print, we were on the hook for shipping charges. "I ordered a BOSCH dishwasher from Rainbow. I was hesitant after reading reviews, but it worked out ok. They did make a mistake of sending me the wrong model (it was off by one digit), but they worked hard to straighten it out. Overall, they were ok, I would order from them again."

"Ordered a Weber Genesis EP-330 on 1/2/12. Price was excellent, actually a few bucks cheaper than the lower model EP-320, and of course free shipping. So I was around $200 cheaper than local big box hardware stores as it was, before even getting to tax. I was also fortunate enough to order right before a supposed 15% manufacturer price increase.
Given the size, and shipping from NJ to Washington State, I certainly wasn't expecting a speedy delivery. Understandably, it came via freight and was just delivered today, 1/17/12.
Overall, a very pleasant experience. The grill of course is awesome, the price was simply amazing, and delivery time was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Rainbow again in the future."

"AWFUL! Had many of the same problems as others. Took weeks for my order to arrive. Had to email multiple times to get delivery info, and that delivery info was off by days. Delivery guys (R&L) were also horrible, told me they could move my dryer a few steps but then refused to, threatening to take the dryer away (even though i'm 6 mo pregnant & was home alone). When I called rainbow, Jonathan hung up on me. When i called back, i spoke to a rude, interrupting, incorrect, defensive, pass-the-buck, "supervisor" named jacob. This kind of treatment is a disgrace. DO NOT USE!!!"
"Flawless experience. Our Weber Genesis grill was $50 less than competitors, shipped the day after ordering (ordered Sunday morning), and arrived 3 days later, delivered inside my house as requested, in great shape. Free shipping too!

"Bought a grill from these guys over two weeks ago. Called a few days after placing the order, and was told that the grill would ship at the end of last week and I would have it in another 5 business days. That would have been today. But, no grill so far. So, I called them and was conveniently told that the grill is in back order, and would be shipped in a couple of weeks, with another week for delivery. I find that kind of nonsense very difficult to deal with. Not sure why these companies can't deliver things when they promise. They are pretty good at giving you the run around, but not the product you ordered. My advice - stay away from Rainbow Appliance. They are not reliable. I've cancelled my order."

They were out-of-stock when I called, but shipped it in less time (4 days instead of 7) than the estimate. R+L Global Freight delivered it to my garage and helped me unpack it. "Based on all of the reviews, I was a little hesitant to buy from these guys, but I read some reviews on other sites and decided to take a chance (the price on the dehumidifier was $30 less than the other places and they had free shipping). I placed my order on Friday, nice and easy checkout, all went smooth -- got my order confirmation then my tracking number. And then my item arrived the very next day! I set it up and it works perfectly. The only minor quibble I could have is that the item arrived in its manufacturer packaging, no additional packaging was added. Still, there were no issues with the item, the manufacturer packed it well enough. This was a perfect transaction."

Ordered a Weber Genesis EP-330 natural gas grill on a Tuesday received a tracking number on Wednesday and grill was delivered on Friday to Pittsburgh area. Saved over $150 compared to cheapest price I could find anywhere locally and online. I called before ordering to see if grill was in stock and how long it would take to receive and it came quicker than they estimated it would. I would deal with them again."
