"Bait and Switch. Beware! So they had this $20 off $100 (or higher) eGift Cards promotion going on that they advertised in emails as well as plastering it on the top of their homepage. I purchased a $100 gift card using the code supplied. Their site claimed the eGift card would be delivered by email immediately. A day after the purchase, I reached out by chat to check on the status of the order as it hadn't been delivered. I received a rude sounding message stating they hadn't been able to work through all the orders. I waited a couple more days and wound up receiving a cancellation email. What's up with that? It's not like eGift Cards run out of stock. Bad, bad place to shop."

"I bought a black long sleeve "Nike" Kansas City Chiefs shirt. The shirt is solid black with silver reflective logos and markings. When I looked for the tag to check out the washing instructions it wasn't there. I compared it to a couple other authentic Nike Chiefs shirts I have it was very obvious the shirt was fake. No tags at all on the inside seam, the paper tags on the outside were blank, and the print on the inside back collar weren't even close to the same as the real shirts. Total BS... I feel like they should be held liable for selling fake merchandise as if it's authentic. It can't be legal..."
"I ordered a fitted Cardinals hat that was suppose to be delivered yesterday. Apparently even though the address was correct it was sent to a different zip code. I called and asked about it and I was told that it was my problem now and that I needed to figure out where it was on my own. I asked a question and was hung up on I called again a few minutes ago and asked to speak to a manager but your agents refused to connect me. I’m going to start going to every review site in the internet as well as all my social media to tell people not to order from you. Make it right!"
"I ordered 2 Philadelphia Eagles jerseys and they arrived with the plastic security tags attached. These can't be removed without a special tool , so I called customer service and they hung up on me. I had to drive to a sports store and they removed it : Also the expensive jerseys arrived rolled in a ball in a plastic bag, Stay away from this company I'll NEVER do business with this poor excuse of a company !!!"
"I ordered and paid expedited shipping and got a confirmation. Next email says they are out of the 1/2 of my order that is on sale but the full priced items have shipped. Great. "I just recently order a hat from their website and its been 8 days and it still shows it is being prepared. I have tried contacting their customer service multiple times and it told me they will call back or if I say I want to stay on the line it will kick me off the call. I also sent them three messages as well and have not received a respond back. Their customer service is horrible and it makes ordering from them awful. "The item I ordered was too big. I called to see if I could send back the item and then get free shipping for having to reorder the right size, but they were not able to do that. I was told to "keep checking the site" for free shipping offers - as though it's a good practice to make your customer have to check back every day to get what makes sense. This means I would have had to pay $7 for shipping the item back and $7 for getting a replacement item shipped to me. OR look every day (don't have time for that BS) until there's a free shipping offer. Not okay. "
