"Rallysportdirect sent over 2k worth of parts to me. They did not label the goods correctly and were declined at the border. They then sent me on a wild goose chase trying to find where the parts had gone. There was never any real attempt made by Flavio in support to chase up the parts. Its been 2 years, no parts, no refund. I will never do business with them again. I decided to invest the balance of what they owe me into the stockmarket, I can now show damages when I seek a legal remedy."
"Before my Review. This wasn't my 1st order from RallySportDirect. I've spent over $3000 over a few years now at RallySportDirect. Since this latest bad experience, I will not be a returning customer.
I Ordered (x2) INSTOCK items and they failed to tell me they didn't have the parts like their system said. Weeks later I'm told the parts are backordered without an ETA. Obviously, I wanted a full refund at this point. I then had to explain to them, a refund is fair since "me' the customer expected INSTOCK items when I clicked purchase. Keep in mind, you can only email the RallySportDirect team support for help, they will not answer their phone (like a normal company would).
Well over 3 weeks later & 20+ emails back and forth, I finally received (x1) of my (x2) items ordered. And only then did I speak with a manager on the phone, which he started my Refund. So, Almost exactly 1 month since placing my order did I receive (x1) of my items & my money back for the 2nd item.
In the end, the Manager did not refund the shipping I paid for on my 2nd item. He only refunded the 2nd items cost, WITHOUT the SHIPPING! Cheap company saves every dime they get.
That's terrible customer service! No customer loyalty. Avoid RallySportDirect!"
"This company advertises delivery time. Then after purchase it changes to 45 days. After 45 days. It resets to 30 days. It has been set on 30 days for over a month. They do not answer calls or e-mails. They have my money, but I have no product or no idea when to get it. "
"10 minutes after receiving the order confirmation email, I was unable to cancel my order. They are claiming that they recently put this little FAQ up saying that they do not allow orders to be canceled. That is unfair as the customer is then stuck with the return fee and return shipping. The customer service was unable to do anything about it After waiting almost an hour on hold. Their customer service is a complete catastrophe. Their hours of operation are so limited that if you place an order on Friday there is no physical way to cancel it whatsoever because nobody will be there to answer emails or the phone. And even if they answer they are clearly not going to cancel it because they make some extra change on the restocking fee. Will never do business with them again after building to race cars ith parts from this store. A business that does not let you cancel an order or even attempt to try to care about the customer. This was discovered after the product was purchased and had I known that there may be additional charges (there was no disclaimer) then I would not have bought it. I checked out with an IAG AOS street and it didn't take the bf code so I wrote to csr who stated that they would send me a gift card if the product went on sale soon as IAG pulled out of the sale. Well cyber Monday comes and it's 40 dollars cheaper. I wrote rallysportdirect and they agree to send me a gift card. Well a week or so passes and no gift card. I write back to see where it is, I get the run around, and then they flat out tell me they won't do it"
