The staff there is there when you need them (I think they work 24/7, there is always a staff member available for live chat), they are more than willing to spend any amount of time working with you and answering your questions. If they don't know the answer (which is rare) they will look into it for you. In particular Rick over at RSD has been of tremendous help to me on many occasions.
