"Discussed with someone via IM, this person was very helpful and put the item on the side for me to come pick it up. When I got there, service was okay. It took a while before someone came to help me. I understand they have to talk with people on the phone, but any form of acknowledgement that they know I was here would have helped. When someone did help he was very helpful too. Two recommendation I would give is to perhaps have someone help out faster or at least give some kind of acknowledgement.
