"These guys are great! Ordered my item (pack of shims) on the 27th at night and recieved it the 29th (shipping is faster than I thought going from Houston to Dallas). Was having a bit of trouble using this Simon Malls Giftcard which is basically a prepaid Visa Credit Card and it charged me twice because I tryed to use it twice but it was denyed each time. Emailed them and within hours they had it sorted out, their site fixed to accept them, and my money refunded. Went ahead and tryed to reorder with the gift card and everything worked flawlessly. If you use a Simon Gift Card, just make sure the "Cardholder Name" is set to "Simon Malls Gift Card Customer" and it will work out. Just ordered a pack of shims this time ($4) but that just goes to show how much they care about their customers (even the small order ones). There is no doubt in my mind I wouldn't order from them again! Great people, thanks!"
