"Range Hoods Inc has no quality control. Items are shipped without first inspecting Claims department manager refused to accept that product was damaged prior to packing and instead insisted on blaming shipper. Company requires client to file complaint within 72 hours of receipt of shipment so that Range Hoods Inc can collect from the shipper even though damage was their fault and did not occur in shipping. All packing and boxes were in perfect condition. Refused to replace dented product. Strongly urge consumers to select a different vender. Note, Range Hoods Inc also uses the name Atlas International."

"I bought an under-cabinet range hood from Range Hoods Inc9900 S Wilcrest Dr
Houston TX 77099 because it looks nice but mainly because he was offering a 3 years warranty.

Over a month ago the lights stop working and I tried contacting the seller several times but he never offer me a solution other then paying $30 for some part.

He said he didn't have the part and never had the intention of ordering it.

Beside, nothing tells me that this will fixe the problem and I would be out of $30. And if this unit is under warranty, I shouldn't have to pay for the defective part.
