"My wife attempted to make a purchase here for a gift. They demanded a picture of her holding up her credit card and ID. She thought that was strange, but did it anyway. They then cancelled the order and the owner "Vova" said it didn't look enough like her. My wife is a recent breast cancer survivor and may not look exactly how he thinks she should look but this has been the most horrible and humiliating experience she's ever had."

"This has been the biggest inconvenience of buying of any RC anything. It was ordered (not telling us it was a backorder) a month goes by and all we see is "payment accepted" and the words under it "back ordered." So we wait a little longer, looking and seeing that trucks have arrived to bring the product to them, reading how people are getting them. We call on a Friday and Vova told us it would be shipped on the upcoming Monday! We're siked, yet, nothing comes the entire week so on the next Tuesday (which is today) I call again. I was told next week they would have the parts and it would be shipped the week after. Our biggest issue is that there is no que system telling us where our order is, or what placement we are in line. We paid them good money to have good service given to us, along with an amazing jet. We have no jet and the service is incredibly slow with no information given. Make sure if anyone orders from here be aware that you could wait months, possibly years (as I've read from other customers) for your products. "
