"Good quality products, fast shipping. Highly recommended."
"RangeVideo sent me an incomplete product (and RVOSD with pre-production firmware), and wouldn't help fix the problem.
I requested a product return, and they stopped responded to my emails.
Eventually I bought a programmer to resolve the issue, but I still don't appreciate the lack of response and the "you're on your own" mentality. "
"Good Price and fast delivery to the UK"
"Great communication and customer service. Thanks! TopViewUAS.com"
"Quick shipping. Great company to buy RC parts from."
"Did not reply to my request about posting to the User Group."
"I ordered an FrSky Taranis Tx from them. They stuffed it into a priority mail box that was too small with just a single thin bubble-wrap bag around all but 1 side. The boxes sides are visibly bulged outward and the transmitter case was severely dented and deformed. When I notified them the sum of their response accused me of damaging it after receipt... "Are you sure it was damaged in transit to you ?"
Very dissatisfied, avoid this business at all cost.
RE: Merchant response.
For those interested SkywardHobbies.com refuses to sell or ship Taranis units in damaged cases, and packages them more than adequately to prevent shipping damage.
Range Video did not offer to let me return the Taranis until after I filed a dispute with PayPal. This was not a chargeback (PayPal calls these claims).
It is my opinion that Range Video operates on questionable business ethics, and should not be shipping significantly damaged products while trying to pass the buck at premium prices."
