"DONT EVER ORDER SOMETHING FROM RANGER JOES
My husband is deployed and his boots ripped on December 26th 2014 I ordered him new ones for $159! And today is February 11th 2015 and I still haven't received them . I called customer service yesterday to ask what's happening and I got told they were having trouble on back orders. And as I asked why they haven't send me an email to tell me instead of letting me sit here and wait and keep telling my husband who is on the other side of the work waiting form them that I don't know where they are, they told me they don't have time to send emails to every customer. Worst customer service ever. WAY TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPS RANGER JOES !! NOT !!!!

"Slllllooooooowwwwwwwwwww. Ordered 11 March, items charged (confirmed by email). I contacted customer service on 25 March as I had heard NOTHING regarding my order since the 11th. The package arrived two days later on the 27th. I still have NOT gotten a reply from customer service. All I ordered were name/U.S. tapes for ACU, reverse flag and a speed loader.

I am NOT impressed. There are plenty of vendors available both online and near bases. They came highly recommended by a co-worker. But they will not get my recommendation.

"I recently purchased from this seller and I have to say, I had high expectations as everyone had nothing but good stuff to say about them. Well, I ordered 2 sets of ACU's, a set of boots, a beret, and 2 patrol caps. The patrol caps and beret shipped right away but it wasnt until I called them that I found out the other items were on backorder. They advised me these items would ship in 2 weeks, ok no problem right? Well, I called back the next day to confirm the beret and caps had shipped, they had but now they tell me the boots are on backorder until december. I must say, this isnt a very professional way to treat a customer. Not even giving them the courtesy of an email to say "Hey, these items are on backorder". Plus, their site doesnt even list items as in stock or as on backorder, so you have no idea if/when your items will ship. The order status is not updated if you cancel an item or change an item, and you have to call to confirm that. "
