Today is five days after they shipped, and I have not received the product and the USPS site says "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. I used a competitor's instruction, but still not sure if I'm using correctly since their product has flashing lites. Wife is mad at me because I won't send them back for refund. I got an email on July 17 that the package was shipped via USPS with no tracking information. Six days later, on July 23, i'm still waiting for this small order containing just a simple cord. I can't imagine why or how it takes over 3 weeks to ship a USB cord. This level of service is isn't good enough to be called weak.
Clearly, repeat customers aren't part of the business plan. I'm sure I get some pap response about back ordered product, blah, blah, blah. Excuses are cheap.

The turnaround time should just be a day or so at most. Shipping UPS adds another week to the time....2 weeks to receive a "deal" isn't right.
Also, the quoted price in your ad was $225, yet I was charged $235. Something wrong here."
