"I ordered three spinners and a case on 11-1-17. On 11-16-17 I received the case. On 11-19-17 I received two spinners. One of the spinners was perfect, the other was defective with bent plates. On 11-20-17 I sent an e-mail to customer service referencing my order number, explaining my issue and asking what I can do to get a replacement for the defective spinner. No response as of 11-27-17. Also, I have yet to receive the third spinner. All three spinners and the case were shown to be in stock when I purchased them. Buyer beware! If my issue is not resolved soon, I plan to dispute the charges on my credit card."
