"I know many people had challenges securing tickets for yesterday's Super Bowl. I've been to other Super Bowls and there has never been as much difficulty getting tickets anywhere as there was this year. I have to say Razorgator was OUTSTANDING to work with for this year's Super Bowl tickets. Mark Bassett was exceptionally helpful last week, particularly when the delivery company misplaced my tickets. Mark personally went to the shipper, helped track down my package and, due to this happening just a few days before the game, Mark arranged for one of his team members to take a red-eye flight half way across the country to deliver my tickets on time for me to present personally to each of my guests. I have never experienced this kind of exceptional service. In fact, it's led me to post my first-ever online review of any business. I am, and always will be, a loyal customer of Razorgator. " I purchased superbowl tickets through Rg based on a referral from a family member that this company is 100% reliable and better than stub-hub. Also on the homepage there is the "Razorgator Buyer Guarantee" that "guarantee's" my order so on 1/19/15, I purchased 6 tickets for my family and received a confirmation email the same day; my credit card was charged the full amount plus "connection fees" My family and I were very excited to be attending this historic event and this was going to be my first superbowl ever and my hometown Seahawks were going to be in it. Couldn't have asked for a better scenario. I purchased airfare, hotel and car rental for my family and we were ready to go.

I get a call this morning from a Mark Bassett (director handling all superbowl purchases) to tell me that my order is cancelled and that the seller had back out. I find the timing to this very suspicious at the same time media outlets are reporting record high prices for superbowl tickets. Is it coincidence that my guaranteed tickets (which I purchased for under $3000 each and now tickets are showing minimum $8000 a ticket) are now somehow cancelled? Mark defended this statement by stating that's not what's going on but I'm just supposed to take his word on it because he says so? All I know is that I went through Rg with the confidence of a 100% guarantee; I received a confirmation email and was charged the full amount. Now I am left with the costs of airfare, hotel and car rental and Rg has told me they will do nothing about getting me tickets or anything else to right this wrong. Sure, Mark may have offered me a $5000 Rg credit, but what good is that when I will never use this company just based on this experience alone? I am just in awe at this whole experience.

I will never use or recommend this company for anything. I am spreading this information to multiple media pages and outlets to get the word out and I encourage anyone else who got scammed by Rg for their superbowl tickets to do the same. Also I have an attorney who is reviewing my circumstances and I encourages others to do so as well.

Rg made a huge mistake and had the opportunity to make it right with me but they chose not to. "
