"Tickets were supposed to be downloadable online. Turns out they weren't, but RazorGator sent them to me via FedEx. I haven't used the seats yet, but fingers crossed the seats are available when I show up.

Also, I had an issue with my email address. Contacted them and they were able to update my order - no problems. Quick, efficient service.

"Worst site to order tickets on. I orders 2 tickets for a Denver Bronco game and never received them. They tried telling me I did receive them. They did not work with me at all or anything. Very poor customer service. This site is nothing but a scam. I'm now out over $300."

I called on Wednesday to check on the status and was told i would recieve by Monday Decemember 2nd. The delay was due to the holiday. It has been 6 business days and i have not receive my etickets which are a birthday gift.....I thought I ordered well in advance as you are supposed to fill the order within 2 business days. I paid a lot for the tickets not to mention the 120.00 for connection fees. I used to rave about purchasing from you. I don't know what happened but I am no longer a fan of Razorgator.
