"I selected etickets for an event since it was to occur within 48 hours of my purchase - I wanted to download them and print. After email confirmation of my order I did not receive a further email with tickets. I called the 800 number and was informed I had selected FedEx delivery. I know I did not select FedEx delivery and my receipt for the purchase did not call out charges for FedEx delivery - only a single generic "convenience" fee. The service rep indicated the tickets had not even shipped yet so he would contact the seller and ensure I received them via email. Several hours later I still had not received the email with tickets so called the 800 number again. This time the service wait time was very lengthy and the rep not very helpful - in fact he did not seem aware of my earlier call and indicated he would do the same thing. Fortunately, I did receive the tickets via email the afternoon before the event, and I was credited for FedEx fees. I was very glad it all ended well, however, was disappointed over the sequence of events. I've never had a similar issue when purchasing from your competitors. I am frequently purchasing at last minute so looking specifically for downloadable tickets - not sure how Razorgator displays the info but apparently it was confusing to me that eticket is not necessarily downloadable and the lack of an itemized billing prior to confirming the purchase prevented me from realizing this (i.e. if I had seen a FedEx fee I would not have continued the purchase)."
