I called them the day I received the battery, and they very quickly fixed the problem by shipping out a replacement at no cost. The battery and charger work well."

"RC Planet itself did pretty well. I was slightly displeased that I placed my order on a Tuesday, and it took two days to process. I was also unhappy that one item was listed online as in stock but was in reality on backorder. However; when difficulties arose RC Plant promptly called me to explain the hold up and course of action. They handled my order professionally and properly. I will be shopping here in the future. My experience with UPS left a lot to be desired, but that is not RC Planet's fault or their issue. I placed my complaints with UPS. Thanks for a good shopping experience."
