"quick shiping arived sooner then I expected"

"I I made the huge mistake and purchased from RC Planet without checking their return policy. You are stuck with what they send you, there are no returns. What they sent me is shocking. In their shipment were damaged items, defective parts, and missing items. All of this in a package that was previously opened and used, but they don't take returns??

Their customer service amounts to a "We don't sell open packages" lie, and "oh you can send us pictures, but there will be no return"...nice.

My best advice is that you find a dealer who stands behind their products, has a real return policy, and does not re-sell items that have already been found to be defective.

"I would not recommend this site at all. I posted negative feedback on their site about a truck we purchased from them and they deleted it twice. That's pretty shady in my opinion. Customer service was poor and disinterested in my problems. They refuse to stand behind the products they sell. I would definitely take my business elsewhere."

I was told that the particular parts had to be shipped from the manufacture and would be received by them and shipped out to me on 1-2-13. It doesn't look like it has shipped yet.
