"I give rc planet a 5/5 star review because my delivery made it as scheduled it was easy to order and the only thing I could see being better is having a section under ever vehicle saying what is needed to be able to completely round out the package such as batteries for the car itself. I didn't see it but I wasn't looking for it until after the fact that I have to buy batteries but that's on me for not looking closer. "

"There is no sense of urgency in the case of my three orders from them. I placed two orders on the same day October 6, 2012. Both orders will not get here until the 17 th of October 2012. I thought it was a fluke I really like the ease of descriptions on there website and desided to taker a chance and computer order again. Two oclock in the morning on the 12th of October my order is still showing not processed. I love the way the website is set up and the ease of ordering. And the customer service is quite good but, shipping? With the others it takes three days to receive my order when it thru the computer."
