Not helpful

"So I've been using Reship for over a year now. The issue is, Reship states they take 24-48 hours to input your package into the system, but guess what? When USPS mentions they've delivered the item already, there's a laundry list of excuses tucked up under Reship's sleeve.

1. We haven't received your package yet. No worries, once we receive, we'll let you know via email.

2. usps tags packages as delivered before actually delivering it. They may take upto a week to deliver your goods

3. Once excuse #2 is exhausted, they start mentioning that the delivery address is incorrect (when in fact, it is the same address used for all other successfully processed packages).

For a year, I swallowed all of these. This time, they've lost 2 large boxes of mine. Their responses are the same every now and again. They find different excuses to cover up their mishap. Not using this company again. I don't know why I gave them a chance. Yes my other packages had been processed (took longer than what they state on their site), but this time? It's just not fair how they've just misplaced a box and thrown the blame on USPS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! FIND ANOTHER RELIABLE ONE!!

260€ shipping charges for 180€ package

"God forbid your package gets returned to them by mistake and you decide to ask for them to split the package in two to and ship it back to you. The shipping fee high jumped it's way from 60€ the first time (before it was returned) to a whopping 200€ because of "charges and handling fee"!!!!!!!! I paid 180€ for my entire order but had to pay 260€ in total just to b****y ship my package to me!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Do not trust them, they will mount all kinds of charges on you without telling you about it beforehand and you will have no choice but to pay them. Disgusting company. Never again."

To expensive to keep using

"The shipping rates for Reship over the past 3 years have gone up too much, and the fact that they dont use USPS anymore, I dont see why I should keep using them.
I have deleted the addresses from my paypal account, I cant anymore. I'm paying higher shipping and duties at the same time, theres no benefit anymore.

Terrible

"Gosh where do I even start with this disaster of a company. I’ve been using them for about 10 months and have shipped many packages and I don’t know why I have kept giving them the benefit of the doubt! Let’s see what I can say about them:

1. I’ve had two damaged items. They don’t refund they only claim through the shipping company and you get a refund when they do. It takes months

2. If your parcel is lost they won’t look into it for you despite the USPS saying ask the seller to investigate

3. Their fees are extortionate. They started off quite cheap but got more and more expensive.

4. Their pictures are poor. But guess what? You can pay to get better ones…

5. They don’t answer emails

6. Most recently I physically could not consolidate a package and then could not ship it due to a failure on the app. They took so long to get back to me despite me constantly messaging that the package began to accrue storage fees. I could do literally nothing about it because I PHYSICALLY could not ship the package. They refused to refund the storage fees and said this is why there is 30 days free. Why? So I can predict that your rubbish app is going to fail? I don’t think so.

Do yourself a favour and find another company. Seriously. That’s exactly what I’ll be doing!

"I’m a first time user and it will be my last time based on cost alone. I thought I’d save money on using Reship to ship from the US to Canada, and just spent $50 USD to send a t-shirt across the border!!!! Never again! Nope just fingers crossed I actually receive it. Also, I’m not too happy about them opening my parcel, which sure as cuss seems illegal as their name isn’t on the parcel. "

Their incompetence matches perfectly with their slow response times

"They will take far too long to ship your package, and they require you to call them multiple times to get them to actually do anything with the package. They are not timely. They are not helpful. They are not a good shipping service. Go with someone else. I was enticed by their low rates, but I regret my decision terribly."

Incompetence and larceny

"Here's the email I sent them upon them ignoring me when inquired about the $5 rip off (their staff took pictures of the outside packaging without taking any pictures of the contents).

Your failure to respond in a timely manner is disappointing, as usual, but not unexpected. This merits a leveling.

The delays in your service between when an item is received to when it shows up in your site is quite appalling.

Your refusal to address mishaps and mistakes made by your own staff in a timely manner is the epitome of incompetence.

The cherry on top, thievery! Unjustly ripping off a customer for an included service.

No idea what business model you have, but I know which direction it's headed: to the ground.

Nobody working in a customer service-oriented business is going to make it with the subpar standards you continue to express, time after time.

You may steal my $5, but it's going to cost you a costumer. Knowing your usual behavior and intentions, I doubt that it makes any difference to you as a point of reflection and reconsideration of your practice. Feedback is unlikely to mean anything to people running their business the way you do.

I shall make my experience with your business known whenever prompted.

It has been an utmost displeasure and hope to never cross paths with you again.

AVOID RESHIP THE SCMMERS

"they are scammers i have consolidated two items and sent them with USPS from Portland to Tunisia USPS marked the item delivered to Portland to their warehouse postal code.
It was marked as delivered not returned.
So i tried to call them they do not respond they blame every body else they blame USPS hollidays.. the items costed me 500$ Reship fees costed me 129$ and i lost everything they stoled my package and that's it

"They lose deliveries and blame everyone else, they blame time, the warehouse staff, the courier, they blame the volume of packages, holidays and then when they have no more excuses left they tell you that the supervisor will contact you.... BS
They keep you chat hold long enough so you leave so it doesn't look like they ended the chat....
Don't use ReShip.com.... There are many other way to get your items shipped...
I should have used Australia Post reshipping service... pay a bit for for a reliable service...

Slow.....stupid

"So my package arrived to reship and according to their ad i was supposed to be getting a notification within 24 hours.........it took 3 days for the notification. Then they asked me to pay DHL express shipping to Toronto and 6 days later DHL wasn't even notified from reship that there was a package waiting for pick up!!!!! Talking about slow and stupid. Never again"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"They have stuffed up my order two times - one from the Uk and one from the US. They use third-party shippers who do not communicate with each other, even though they transfer your items to each other. The whole experience is the worst service I have ever encountered, They just don't give a damn about you or your orders. Impossible to get straight answers or any help of any sort."
