"My order arrived, I should be thankful for that I guess. The package was in shreds because of the half empty space inside the enormous package with 6 smaller packages inside of it. The torque of the package trying to carry such an unbalanced huge package caused the entire package to collapse. There was no tracking of the order except when it was delivered I was notified by restock it that it had been delivered. Maybe they do better with larger bulk orders."

"I have ordered a number of times, but a handful of times (most recently the order i placed last week that was just delivered) they shipped me items that I did not order. As a business who needs the EXACT items I ordered it is frustrating to wait only to find the wrong items shipped. I haven’t been able to contact them yet but I’m hoping they will make things right. "My RestockIt order was sent the wrong address.After weeks of waiting RestockIt just sent me an email saying the order was “damaged” while on route, a refund would be issued and I should place another order. No apologies, no offer to correct their failure, no respect for the customer.

Second order was placed, and again ReStockIt promptly failed to do their job. Once again the order was sent to the wrong location, but I only found out while tracking the delivery. I had to write to them asking for the whereabouts of my order and at that point ReStockIt simply wrote back saying, in essence, “we are giving you a refund and we don’t want to sell to you again.”

Never giving an explanation, never admitting their mistakes and certainly never offering an apology.
ReStockIt never heard of the concept of good customer service. Their arrogance, lack of professionalism and complete ineptitude are appalling.
