"This is the second time this year that restockit has managed to completely blunder our order. We order 1 item from them, multiple times a year. Each item is a case costing around $11.50 and contains 24 individual pieces, you must order in quantities of 12 cases.

After years of ordering this same product with no issue, our past two orders have gone like this; we order 36 cases, the total cost is around $370. The order breaks down to 864 individual pieces and it arrives in two large boxes, each weighing in around 35-42lbs respectively. Our last two orders, they have taken to opening the cases and pulling out 48 pieces, and sending that instead, and the shipping labels and the shipping notification are both marked in the 35+ weight range, when in fact the boxes way about 1-2 lbs. the first time they packaged a massive box full of peanuts and 24 pieces (these items are tiny 1.5 inch cubes).

Thinking it was a fluke, we contacted our sales rep who said he would handle it, so they reshippes our order and they did it again, and again a third time. On the fourth try they finally shipped us our actual order.

Five months later - I placed a new order, I received it yesterday - the again shipped me two boxes with 24 individual pieces. These boxes were tiny, 10x10x10 inches, marked as weighing 34.4 lbs. This makes absolutely zero sense.

"I ordered 12 broom handles to be use for our Cub Scout hiking sticks. (I cut off the tapered tips and install a rubber foot and then put on a paracord grip) The boys earn the hiking stick by attending and participating in our monthly Pack hikes and can earn mileage "claws" as they cross 10, 20, 30, etc milestones.

I asked ReStockIt if they could wrap the sticks for shipment with a little extra care so they don't get skuffed up in the shipping process. I was very pleased with the packaging and quick shipment and extra care in packaging to protect the wooden broom handles.
