"The item was not as described and I was not given a refund as it was then stated it was a non-returnable item. It is not that difficult to state this when someone makes a purchase and it should have been clear. Items should also be as described particularly if refunds are not given."

I figured that would be perfect and I would be prepared for the project at the school. The order did not arrive Friday, Saturday, Sunday or even Monday. Finally it came Tuesday. I will donate the product to the school for future needs but I am very disappointed in this kind of service. "
