"I was told that I would have my item in 2-3 days. That was the whole reason I paced my order. It was going to be here well before the event that I needed them for.

I received my shipping notice and it is almost an entire week later that they will arrive. They still have not arrived.

The person that I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful and flat told he can't do anything. He didn't try to help me find a solution and just sat there while I asked questions.
