"I ordered two cases of toilet paper and thought I was getting a very good deal. However, although my shipment was here in a timely manner, I was very disappointed to open the cases and find they where were about 1/2 half the size of the rolls I buy at the store. They look like a normal roll of TP that some one has use about half of and then it was packaged back up. I ended up not getting any real deal at all because what I bought at a great price will only last me about half as long and I will be having to buy TP again...this was no bargain and I will not be ordering from you again"

"Got my vacuum pretty quick, which made me super excited (and for a great deal too!). This would've been a 5 star review easily from that side--but then the vacuum didn't work properly. There was an electrical issue with the unit (which I spent a good chunk of my afternoon time trying to handle with support staff...), which meant that they would need to send another vacuum and I would need to box mine back up and ship it back.
A little frustrating, but still probably a 4 star rating because of the quick handling (maybe 3 star, because they didn't really make it worth any of my time to have to try to fix this issue with my vacuum).
Then I waited for days to receive the shipping label to put on my vacuum when the new one showed up. I waited throughout the weekend and still did not get the shipping label--let alone the new unit. It's now been about a week for what was supposed to be a 1-3 day process, and today I found out that the issue hasn't even been dealt with yet.
This, my friends, is how you can take a person from a 5 star review to a 1 star review. If you'd like, I'll be selling copies of this review so that people can reverse the process and gain many 5 star reviews for their company!"
