"I was super excited when I found out about this new company but it has been a bit frustrating.

I was so excited when I placed my first order and while I was waiting for it to arrive I placed a second order. Once the first order did not arrive when it was supposed to I got an email saying it had been canceled because they sold out.

Now for the second order:

I ordered several different items the first one was supposed to come with 36 items and only 12 came. I was told they made a mistake and would ship the rest. When the next box arrived it was still short again only 12.

I also ordered a bunch of crayons and they were shipped in a bag, packaged horribly and arrived broken. When I called they refunded me the money of which I appreciated but I wanted the crayons so that is discouraging.

I am still waiting for the rest of my order to come in. For this order alone I have had to call a total of 5 times and still things are not correct.

This is extremely frustrating! "

A large number of companies dont send orders to PR because they consider it international shipping. "By some chance finding by googling just what i needed - 22 discounted fast-food trays for very low price. I instantly liked the site - simple, smart, fast - not something that is easy to find in those days of 'lets put all the stuff on the screen' times. Ok, my order did no go thru first time - site hung with "Order in progress" message. I waited till tomorrow and seeing that the stuff I wanted is still listed, I reordered and this time all went just fine, and nice message - "will be delivered in 1-2 business days" appeared. In few days i saw that my order is processed and then shipped - let's wait. Then suddenly I see that in my order status new message appeared - "4 items shipped at 4/11/16" and I waited again - there is no tracking available. After a week I started to ask questions - and suddenly e-mail arriving about the merchant credit and I got another e-mail telling me that "The merchandise ordered was on clearance, you have been refunded for (18) of (22) ordered." Not so nice - stuff I expected to be about $1 apiece delivered became $3 apiece and I'm still short of 18 trays. It's also very hard to make sense of all the communication I got - ordered 22, order message says "shipped 4" then "Credit Notice" says - "Ordered: 22 Shipped: 22 13-Apr-2016" and in the next line - "Ordered: 18 Shipped: 18 Refund 20-Apr-2016" and on the slip in the box I received (8 days after the order - UPS Ground) it says "Ordered: 5 Shipped: 5 12-Apr-2016" and there are 4 tray in the box. So the site engine that looked so smart is not smart after all. I landed on this site by a chance and probably will never return again..."
