"The purchase is for printer paper. The box arrived ripped and the corner seams splitting apart. The box was held together with packaging tape. Every ream of paper was not sealed but at least there is no damage to the paper. This box was is most likely damaged by restockit and not by UPS. My wife and I have inreased our internet shopping and never had an issue with UPS. Restockit has looked into my complaint and I am willing to give them another order in the future. It would have looked better if the purchase was repackaged. Make it look visually presentable for the customer."
