"Wow what can I say!!! A few months ago our beautiful 47 inch LCD flat screen stopped working. I panicked and thought "OH GREAT!" there goes $2000.00 towards a new TV. I decided to Google and see if there was a cheaper solution. After talking to the Panasonic repair techs I found out it was most likely a certain part. I Googled the part and found it on ReTechTV's inventory list online. I called the owner "Ben" and spoke to him. I have never taken anything apart before he coached me through what I would need to do and shipped me the part. Even before the part arrived he told me that if that was not the right part he would send me another that it might be and would take a return for the part sent. WOW what customer service!!!!!!

Well the part arrived I followed Ben's instructions and BHAM!! My TV came back to life!!!

So instead of buying a new TV I only paid $75.00 for the part!! THANKS AGAIN!!!"
