"Placed an order in June, have emailed the company, and owner several times directly and through her yahoo group, and was told Sept 25 that the order shipped, but as of today Oct 15, I have still not rec'd this order. Typically she posts a tracking number, none has been posted or emailed even after several requests. I also know about of at least 6 other people who have not received orders placed in June. Buyer BEWARE."
"This company is pleasant enough to deal with; however, I had placed 2 orders in December 2008 and they have still not been shipped to me. Over the past few months, I get nothing but excuses. First the seller told me she had food poisoning, then she got sick, she got a sinus infection, then a brain infection, then she was getting my kits together, then she didn't get the Miyuki (seed beads) in and was waiting for the shipment, etc. I received a Scheduled to Ship notice from USPS on 5/16; however, no pkg is in their system and I have NOT received my orders. This is the worst experienced I have ever had on a website. The ownere of this store should be put out of business. I am embarrassed that I was so naieve and placed 2 substantial orders trusting that the store owner was honest and reputable. I guess I was wrong. I hope to get my orders still, but I will never do business with this person again. Also, she only takes paypal, so once your money is gone it's gone. Pay Pal's limit for claims is 45 days from the payment. I should have known better. I am out about $500. I have submitted a claim to the Better Busines Bureau and noticed that this company has multiple claims against it. Buyer beware of unsavory shop owners. Don't trust anyone that you haven't done business much businss with. This is dishonesty and cheating at its worst."
