"I purchased a gun online at realdealguns.com after using the live chat feature where a representative informed me my order would ship in 24-48 hours. It's now been 9 days since I placed the order (two days were holidays and two days were the weekend), but my order still has not been shipped. In addition, I have left four voicemails, sent three e-mails, left a message on their facebook page (my message was deleted within hours and I was blocked from their website), and now they opened a resolution ticket for me. I still have no idea what is going on. What happened to giving someone a call or sending them an e-mail. They do not answer their phones. I would not recommend buying any products from RealDealGuns. I have also read similar reviews to mind. Their CEO Chad Bowerman needs to understand how to service customers. I am now concerned that I will not get my gun, and I will have to figure out how to get my payment refunded. STAY AWAY!!!!"
"I wish i would have seen this sight before i placed my order. They claimed to have the rifle i wanted "In Stock" so i ordered and paid for it online.
Long story short, two weeks later the rifle was never shipped to my FFL dealor and i had been calling and e-mailing realdealguns.com daily and have not gotten one single response from them. I not sure if this is an actual company or 100% scam but my only recourse was to contact the credit card company to dispute the charges.
I am now going to contact all the manufacturers they represent and let them know who these people are and do whatever i can to make sure their doors aer shut down so that this does not happen to anyone else. "

"Where to begin? A hard-to-find product was listed as shipping within 24-48 hours. I was informed that it was actually 7-10 days. OK, that was still better than "we don't know when it will get here," so I placed the order.
More than 10 days later, I called and they told me that there was a delay and and it should be any day. Repeat that times 10...always another excuse.
Months go by and eventually other retailers have the item in stock. Real Deal still doesn't have it. At this point, having lost all confidence in Real Deal's ability to fulfill its orders, I decided to cancel my order, pay a few bucks more, and get it from someone who actually had the item in stock.
Nine days have passed and there's still no credit to my card. Since then, they also have a phone issue and can't answer the phone. They say they'll call their card processing company and figure out why they can't credit my account. I spent countless hours trying to figure out if I'd ever receive the product and more trying to get my refund. I think "Real Deal Guns" might be one guy who is in over his head--promising things he can't deliver. Don't be fooled by the marketing B.S. I'm not sure what's going on with my credit card but going incommunicado is not reassuring.
Maybe I'm just unlucky but based on MY EXPERIENCE ALONE, this reseller gets one star. If I ever get my refund, maybe I'll make it two."
"I ordered and my credit card was charged for a SpeedVault SV500 from RealDealGuns on 4/7. When I completed the order on their web site, it said I would receive an email, but I didn't. Apparently I had inadvertantly typed .comm on my email address, I was told when I emailed them to ask why - my bad. Anyway I waited about a week and hadn't heard anything so I emailed again to request shipping information and assumed it was because I mis-typed my email address. I was stunned to learn that the box was on back-order, but it would ship the next day - even though my card had already been charged. Another week went by and still no product, or update. I emailed them again and this time I mentioned the fact that I had been charged already... This time I immediately received overnight shipping information and I did finally receive my product the next day (April 25th). I will say that everytime I contacted them, I immediately received a professional reply, but I was concerned that I was charged for an item that was on back order without notification. Was that at least in part my fault - perhaps. If I choose to use them again, I will probably contact them first to make sure it is in stock before ordering."
"I wasn't familiar with this company but their prices were very hard to resist. I placed an order for a CMMG 22LR Conversion Bolt for my AR. There was an issue with the order (on their side apparently) and a real person actually called to confirm the order! Some other companies would have cancelled the order altogether. No shipping charges and the item arrived on time. The item was as described and works great! Very pleased interacting with this company. I will buy from them again in the future."
