I would not do this again. A fair amount of the current population is not computer literate and your site does not take that into consideration."

"I placed an order for some seat covers and experienced a nightmare of B.S. Primarily due to a strange policy that requires you to cancel and reorder if there is an issue with the manufacturer. Their business model is to act in the capacity of a middle-man between consumer and manufacturer, they place the order hoping that the items are available. If not, they cancel your order and make you re-order. Well, 3 cancelations and 3 hours on the phone later and I still don't have my seat covers. So ask yourself if you have the patience to endure a transaction with Real Truck."

"Takarra was great to work with and was friendly and knowledgeable. Only giving four stars due to the quality of the gator trio hard folding tonneau cover. It’s an “ok” cover but it’s definitely not the same quality as a bak flip or others in that price range. It’s my third gator cover I’ve had over the years and the fit and finish is always just a B+. They always have some scratches and you always wish they fit better and didn’t leak quite as much. But for the price point they work, again a B+ quality. Not bad by any means but there are better options, they just come at a higher price point. Overall I’m happy though. "

"I bought the DU-HA Lockbox storage unit for my Ford F150. it is fastened to the underside of the back seat by three 6mm thread machine screws that run through oval slots in the back of the storage unit (one on the driver side, one in the middle and one on the passenger side). the driver side and middle slots are aligned properly to allow the screws to be fastened, but the slot on the passenger side is misaligned and will not allow for the passenger side screw to be installed (the slot on that side is off by about 10mm). I had to expand the slot on the passenger side - opening it up laterally - to allow that screw to be inserted. also the third screw that was supplied by the manufacturer was too short to reach the plate on that side of the truck, so i had to purchase a longer one at ACE Hardware to complete the install.
RealTruck should check the installations and specs before they represent a product from the manufacturer."
