Needed a sound system for it they had that for sale also a sharp soundbar it is also massive mounted perfectly below my tv and and the sound quality on it is out of this world. Within the item description, and at checkout, it stated FREE SHIPPING. After I checked out and completed the purchase, hours later I get an amail showing a price of over $2500 higher than my checkout receipt. "Yesterday I ordered a Samsung UN65H6350 online at their advertised price which stated that it included free white glove delivery. Today I received a call from a Big Box Superstar rep trying to sell me a much more expensive version of the TV that he claims has a longer warranty. The listing which for at least several weeks has clearly stated "USA model with full manufacturer's warranty" is blatant FALSE ADVERTISING (claimed was typo and that it would be fixed, but it still read the same). When I asked about taking the model I ordered I was given further excuses that it can't be shipped to a residence & would require shipping insurance even though their site confirmed the final total price to be charged on my card including shipping. If it was one issue, perhaps it would be forgivable, but when the warranty, delivery, and full cost is intentionally misrepresented, the public should be aware of how this merchant operates with intent to bait and switch or extract significantly higher prices from their customers... the public deserves to know.

"Ordered a Samsung UN55HU8700 Ultra 4K HDTV with 3D 120 Hz and Curved Screen for $1559.99. I thought this was a fantastic deal and placed the order. Little did I realize that I was going to be a victim of a Bait and Switch tactic. Two days after the order was placed, a rep from the store contacted me to confirm the order. At that time this rep informs me that this order is meant for businesses and if I wanted the package for home than I would have to pay an additional $ 200. But I pleaded, that was what all the stores were offering. The only reason I was ordering from them was this great deal I found on their website. The rep kept insisting that I had not paid attention to the listing and that this TV would come without any of the features that they had listed. "Super friendly service and ridiculously fast shipping. I ordered a 84" LG through the website and received it 3 days later!! The price was over $1000 cheaper than retail anywhere I looked that actually had it in stock. TV arrived in perfect condition which is saying a lot for a TV this size. They actually double boxed the TV with the retail box inside an outer box for added protection. I could not be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended. "

"Complete Scam. Whatever you are viewing or purchasing, there is a 0% chance you will receive the item as described for the price that's listed. Like other reviews have mentioned, I placed an order and then got an email a few days later saying I had to call an 800 number to "confirm the details regarding the model you ordered". When I called the number I was told that the item I ordered was a lesser "commercial model" that wouldn't have as good of a picture and lacked all the smart tv features. These are all the features that were listed on the page that I ordered from. The only way to get those features was to pay an additional $400.

When ordering from Big Box Superstore you will NOT get what you ordered, at the price you ordered. You may still get a deal, you may not. In my opinion, any business that is this dishonest is not worth dealing with."
