"Although we still haven't received our package--I don't think it is really this company's fault. They are "bending over backwards" to try and make it right with me. The package left them very timely--but went to Clifton, New Jersey--and I live in Clifton, Idaho! Not sure how it happened--but now a new package is coming to us--supposed to be delivered Nov 16th (tomorrow) and they are refunding my postage costs, plus they have sent me a Coupon Code good for money applied to future purchase. Good customer service!! Communicated by e-mail several times--to let us know what had happened. I'd buy from them again!!
