"Had the following issue with my order: several days after the order was placed, I called ReallyGreatToys.com, to find out why the order had not shipped. That was when they told me they had the order on hold because one of the items was not available, and that someone was going to call me the next day to see if I wanted to wait, or remove the item.....this is something they should have contacted me about, as soon as they knew there was an issue, and certainly not wait till the customer called. Still, they confirmed I wanted to remove the item and that they would reimburse me, since I had already paid for it. They also sent the order 2 day shipping, since shipping was delayed, and I had ordered it for Christmas. Over all, I was satified, they just need to make sure they are contacting customers much more quickly when there are issues, instead of leaving them in the dark and uniformed, untill the customer becomes concerned and calls themselves. The items were all I expected, and my son absolutely loved the knights! Will ordered again from them, they have great prices, and selections of toys!"
