"They sell items as refurbished when they are not, just resold from returns of another vendor, and list some items as uninspected returns when it is labelled on the box as defective. Stay away!"

"I purchased the same Vizio 5.1 surround sound sound bar from three major retail outlets one of them being Walmart the other one being Daily Sale and I forget what the third one was... I also after this did some test purchases through some other sellers and also turned out to be using this company as their product supplier...
They are a bunch of lying con artists.
None of this crap was refurbished but heavily used unpresentably cosmetically damaged dysfunctional and anywhere from 50 to 75% of the items missing of the total product.
Two of them actually came burned up and when you move the sound parts you could hear parts rattling around in this sound bar.
This company is a fraud a liar and purposely panhandling defective broken equipment as if it was completely refurbished in a total working order and of course they present pictures that there's absolutely not a mark of cosmetic issues with them. It's a complete and utter fraudulent statement criminal charges should be brought against this company a multi-state fraud investigation be done obviously!!!"

"I bought a Netgear WG111 USB 54Mbps 802.11g Wireless LAN Adapter from this company, the item was sold as refurbished. When it arrived, it was not working. I then contacted them, they told me they just resell and dont do any support - I would need to contact the manufacturer (Well, if they sell refurbshed products then how do they test them??). I contacted Netgear tech support and after 2 hours on the phone with them and running a number of tests, 2 of their folk told me the adapter was malfunctioning and I should get it replaced for one that works.I then contacted Reallytech, who suddently decided they did not want to know my problem. They did lead me to their website where one has to complete a form (form is not systematically recorded so you have to trust this company that they genuinly do receiv it), based on the form the company then is suppose to email you a tracking number which are suppose to use with your return, without this number, they dont look at any returns. Well, suprise suprise, it is now a week, and I have sent in 3 forms and received "zero" emails from them. When I contact them re. this, they refer me to their website and tell me to complete the form. They did confirm that they received my form in writing a few days ago, but no email or tracing number has arrived. And the returns policy gets more interesting, because if you dont return within 30 days from purchase, you cannot return at all. So, they sit with my money, I sit with their broken adapter and they wont let me return and replace it. Nice deal!
Do yourself a favor - Dont ever deal with this company!!"
