I called customer service and talked to Joel, he worked with shipping to get my order expedited. Bottom line I got my rim the day before I needed to leave. "To make a long story short…………Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I had 3 lug studs break while delivering a travel trailer to a customer’s home for out of town guests. We managed to get the trailer delivered, but now the search starts for replacement lug studs and a new rim. Everyone on the gulf coast was closing early for the holiday. On Friday I was fortunate enough to discover recstuff. I called and spoke with Joel B. I expressed my urgency in that I needed a new rim fast. I knew immediately that I was speaking to the right guy. Joel assured me that If I place this order through him right then, I could have the rim by Monday. 3 days, holiday weekend, free shipping! Unbelievable right. By Monday, sure enough, the rim was at my door @ 11:00am. It is wonderful to see that “customer service” is not a dying discipline. Thank you Joel for going out of your way to assist this now customer for life; you represent Recstuff well.

I purchased new aluminum wheel and tire assemblies for my trailer from somewhere else and they shipped me incorrect product. I spent two weeks trying to return their mistake. I ordered from recstuff and received the right parts, the first time, on time. Great service, Will buy again!!!"
"Paid a very reasonable price for a tire & wheel combination for my utility trailer plus $30.00 for shipping which said to be here on 4/19/2017. Order was shipped following day via UPS Ground. Shipping info was never updated until expected day of delivery when I found out that my wheels and tires where in Colorado. They shipped from WI, went the wrong direction, I live in New Jersey! Contacted customer service who responded very quickly and told me that they were happy that my "order was not lost"! (Evidently when an order goes missing it's usually lost and not found?!) And that UPS will deliver my package 2 days late on Friday 4/21/17. There was nothing that they could do and I could contact UPS for a refund! Well I did not pay UPS to ship my package, I payed them to send me my package on there website, they are the shipper not me. I can not contact UPS for a refund, I did not pay UPS THEY DID. They would have to do it then refund me the shipping money which they are refusing to do! First I was told that since I used UPS GROUND it was never a guaranteed day to be Delivered. Wrong! UPS GROUND is a DAY SPECIFIED delivery service. I understand that UPS is not a part of recstuff.com, but it is a tool that they used to send me my items. A tool that I can't change. I did not pick UPS, I had no choice. The tool that they made me used failed to get my package here on time. Now they are basically telling me I am lucky my package is not lost and it's only 2 days late, oh well, deal with it! It was only suppose to take 3 days to get here, now it's taking 7!!! They shipped my order on Friday, 4/14, and now it's Friday, 4/21! Maybe I should have made them wait a week for payment!!! RIDICULOUS!!!"
