"Love the designs and that artists can get their designs out there. The notebooks and t shirts are great. The masks we ordered are cheap, basically see through, and don’t fit correctly. That is not any fault to the artist but all on redbubble. Stay away from the masks and order stickers, notebooks, t shirts, or other items to support your artists "

"I love the variety of motifs, their designs, and the fact that they are designed by artisans. However, the quality of production leaves much to be desired. The prints of each item I’ve ordered, which include coffee mugs, stickers, t-shirts, and masks, low-quality, distorted, and pixelated. Furthermore, the masks for adults don’t fit my face, and I don’t have a particularly large face. In short, the designs are interesting, yet the quality of the production and products leave me more reason than not to order from Redbubble again - at least until it improves the quality of its printers and materials."
"I ordered 2 Donald Duck clothing items. The dress came earlier than expected and I was thrilled with the design and quality. The t-shirt took much longer than anticipated to arrive. The printed design was nice but the quality of the material left a lot to be desired. So one winner and one loser."
"Ordered 4 masks. 2 of them are fantastic, 1 is ok, but the 4th...hard to explain, but the image printing is very asymmetrical, and very different from the product description. But the strangest part is how part of the image of one mask "overlaps" onto the asymmetrical one! In other words, part of the image is repeated on another mask! Wish I could upload a photo. Also, very slow to ship. "
"I paid for expedited shipping. They emailed 16 July, saying it shipped, with a fake FEDEX number. Then said I would have it 5 Aug, then 17 Aug, then two weeks after 17 Aug, since America is in a "shelter in place" situation, I guess meaning no one can ship anything in the USA. Nothing but total lies from this company. They said they shipped it again, but the new tracking number is just a label request from Fedex, didnt even ship it. Have filed complaints with my card holder, and the State and Federal attorney generals for fraud during the Covid crisis."
"If there was a zero rating, I would select that option. I placed an order for a breakfast club pillow and some pins June 25, 2020. Two separate shipments went out. Both are stuck in Bridgeport, NJ, since July 3rd and 7th. This company chooses to use UPS Mail Innovations as their shipper of choice and obviously there is a problem with them because I have yet to get my packages and it is now July 19th. I contacted UPS Mail Innovations and they said it is obviously lost if there hasn't been any movement from their location. You can't speak to a live person at Redbubble to discuss the matter so I've opted to let American Express dispute this for me. I would never order from this company again."

"I love the fantastic unique designs that are available on Redbubble. The t-shirts are good quality and true to size. Shipping didn't take long and my parcel was well packaged. Very pleased with the whole process. Only one downside was that one of my t-shirts had the design slightly off-centre, which doesn't look too great, but overall I am very happy with my purchases and the service provided."
"When purchasing for another person's fandom the need for quality is equalled almost exclusively by whether or not everything arrives on time and in shape. Due to moving during the pandemic, one delayed part of an order didn't make it to us in time and sadly was no longer being made when we flagged the incomplete delivery a week after the attempted delivery. Redbubble was so supportive that after trying to refill the order unsuccessfully they provided credit equal to the amount so that the recipient could seek something from their own fandoms immediately. What more can you ask of a service provider? Simply brilliant! Thanks Redbubble!"
