"I bought 3 extra large canvas prints. They arrived in 4 or 5 business days (during Covid19 shutdown) and were very well packaged and protected. They are beautiful! Stunning! Jared Fry is a talented artist!!

Before I made my purchase I called customer service to ask about the 20% off discount for downloading the app. The lady I spoke with was very polite and helpful. The shippment arrived in just a few days. All canvas prints were superb!! Vibrant, colorful HD images over flawless canvases stretched perfectly over solid frames, and a finished back complete with mounting hardware at the top and little nubs to rest against my wall at the bottom. One of the canvases had the mounting hardware mounted on the wrong edge of the picture (easy mistake to make due to the orientation if the subject against the landscape). When I emailed customer service I recieved a response in less than 8hrs. The lady that replied was quick to resolve the issue. She said I did not need to send back the mistake canvas, and instead she just sent me a new one which arrived quicker than the initial order. Wow! Problem solved.

I dont usually give a 10 for any survey but I was blown away by the exceptional customer service, quality execuction of my chosen product, speedy reaction to "make it right", and the incredible and inspiring mountain biking art that show off like they are real oil paintings. This company certainly stands out when compared to the other two highly rated digital print companies I have ordered from. Not a bot. This is legit awesomeness!!"
