"I am a stickler for quality customer service. In this world where I often feel companies only care about large profit and often try to rip us off, I just have to take a minute to recommend and brag about Redbubble.
My online shopping has been beyond pleasant with them. Last year, I ordered Izaac a funny chemistry shirt (Don’t trust Atoms. They make up everything). It was a bit of a tighter fitting shirt, but a great comfy tri-blend material. He ended up outgrowing it in a couple of months. No problem. He’s a middle schooler. This is growth spurt central.
This year I ordered 2 shirts, but a size larger based on customer reviews that they fit small and our experience last year. Turns out these are different. Last year it was a tri-blend and these arrived 100% cotton and true to size. So, he would be swimming in my original purchase. I reached out to make a return, and they responded that they will reprint and there is no need to return the first items. We can keep them or pass them along to our favorite charity (my favorite charity is growth spurt central).
Additionally, I had ordered a phone case from them earlier this year. It was completely my fault that we ordered a 6plus case rather than a 6. They had the same response then and I was able to pass the wrong purchase to a lady at church.
Their products are unique and use designs submitted by many artists with a huge variety of styles. You can do a search for anything that interests you and find unique items of quality. Pair that with this awesome customer service, and you better believe I will always shop there. Hope you do to!
