"I purchased an exotic pen from this site on a Tuesday night. Not only did they offer a tremendous price, but I received the pen at my door on Friday morning (shipped from Malaysia)! The item was very securely packaged in bubble wrap, in perfect condition, and in my hands well before I thought it would be. A+. Very highly recommended!"
"Very nice article and quick shipping. It has been my first experience in this shop, and probably will not be the last one."
"I tried to buy two watches they were showing on the internet and due to their inventory mixup they didn't have either. I did find one of the watches on another website for a price quite a bit lower. They sent me a $20 credit for causing this inconvenience. I used it to buy a fine writing instrument. It would appear Redfingerprint is customer oriented and aims to please."
"Absolute scam. I bought a high end watch from this company for a holiday gift. When it arrived it was in a beat up box, the strap was the wrong color, and it did not keep time. In addition everything on their website points to having a LA location but when looking to return all correspondance is with Kuala Lumpur. I am in the midst of trying to have AMEX rectify the situation but no one is able to get a hold of REDFINGERPRINT. Beware.

"Do not order expensive pens from this dealer!
I bought a parker sonnet and the box it came with was clearly not the original. It was a real sonnet but the box was cheap, like what walmart gift pens come in. Not only was the box cheap, but I could see blue ink stains inside it as well which is interesting considering the sonnet came with black ink.
What really upsets me is the cheaper box scratches/dulls the sonnet's arrow clip (abrasive material). So it was like I bought a used pen, great. Their return policy is %15 restocking plus shipping so I kept it.
The other pens I ordered were fine but they came in blister packages so I think they some how resale the fancier boxes to make extra cash.

"Item came in good time. However, I was slapped with duty charges by the shipper, which were not highlighted on Redfingerprint's web page as additional charges I would have to pay. When asked about it, they basically said tough. I would not deal with them again."
"Don't buy any jewellery or watches from Redfingerprint.com! They are hacks and here's why:
I bought what I thought was a designer watch from redfingerprint. I sure paid designer prices, but noticed as I opened the box, that the strap had marks on it.
Several months later, the leather strap looked chewed and worn out. When I sent redfingerprint an explanation accompanied by telling pictures, they suggested I purchase a new strap from the watch company, ignoring their supposed "warranty".
Fraudulent Seller! Beware of Redfingerprint.com"
