"The site is a great site but I did have a few issues. 1st, I ordered a gun safe for my husbansd's birthday 16 days before the date. It arrived 3 days after. 2nd, they sent me 4 safes instead of 1. I sent them two emails wanting to purchase one of the extra safes and to return the other two. I got no reply. Then a week later, I found a return slip fro UPS on my front door (with no communication from Red Dot Scopes) and it was for a Bill (somebody). ???? I called them and they said to put the label on the box and return it UPS. What about the one I want to purchase I reminded them, then they sent me a paypal request. Now for customer service, they stink. I did not get a thank you or any kind of gratitude for being honest. They just hung the phone up. They really need to work on their costomer service"

I must have sent and received a couple dozen e-mails from Alex H. He completely saw past my mistakes, kept me informed on my order status and let me change it many times without losing my place in line for a hot-item I was pre-ordering.
They DO require a signature to make sure YOU get the item you paid for and I didn't get an e-mail about this which was a bit disappointing. I couldn't sign for the item so I decided to send it back and buy from another company. When I told Alex about this he not only agreed to make an exception but told he would send me another one while the 1st one made it's way back to them. This cut out a couple days of waiting time! Talk about going above and beyond. In the end, quality customer service won the competition because he responded before I finished my order (2-3 minutes)
