I just wanted to say a big thank you for the help recieved over the phone, which was answered very promptly The person I spoke to took down all my details and offered to phone me back regarding my possible order, phoned me back within minutes saying the frame I wanted was in stock and yes I could have it deliverd by the weekend at no extra charge. It was so refreshing to be dealt with quickly and efficiently rather than having to wait on the phone listening to a recorded voice as you do with most other companies.
