"I ordered Sangster's Rum Cream from Red Pepper Mall in November of 2008. My bank card was charged for the full amount.

I cancelled the order a few days later because I found a better deal elsewhere. After many emails and (attempted) phone calls to request a refund, I have yet to get a single response, much less a refund. I am attempting to resolve this issue via my bank. I will NEVER do business with Red Pepper Mall again and will discourage others as well.

They have a U.S. business address and I may attempt to file small-claims against them.

"I went to Jamaica for a family vacation and i just fell in love with the Jamaica Jerk dishes. I tried to do it myself back home but i couldnt find jerk seasoning anywhere!

Luckily for me i stumbled up on Red Pepper Mall and what can i say, im now a pro! Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork Sigh im in heaven. The order arrived safe and sound and in a reasonable amount of time. They even have other caribbean stuff ive been dying to try. Will definitely shop here again "

"Ordered hot sauce but the company did not ship it. NO response to multiple E-mails. Phone calls went straight to voice mail and those messages were not returned either. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, but then a month later the company shipped the order to avoid the chargeback.

There are plenty of other places to get the kinds of products sold here. Do NOT deal with this one."
