"I picked up a tool with free battery which was an unbelievable deal (MKE Fuel leaf blower with free XC5.0 Battery) and added some winter gloves to get the free shipping. Shipping confirmation was fast, but slightly confusing. The gloves shipped from Red Tool via USPS, but then I noticed the tool and battery shipped from what appeared to be a "sister company" via FedEx. The gloves arrived first, but then I got an email from Red Tool saying that my full order was delivered... When in fact the tool and battery were still in transit. Not a big deal but could be confusing and/or concerning to someone else. Overall Everything arrived about 8 days from ordering. No major issues or complaints. Will order again. "
